The clinic on Rua Sidónio Pais is small and welcoming, clean and well equipped. Owners arrive after trying other clinics and stay: some have brought their dogs and cats here for more than ten years.
Cats that used to dread the vet walk in calmly. Questions get answered on the phone with the same patience as at the counter. And at the door, Kiko, the clinic's cat, says hello.
